We will begin planning for NoVa TEEN Book Festival 2022 in August of 2021. About NoVa TEEN Book Festival Authors

NoVa TEEN Authors hail from all over the world and include authors of diverse identities, such as members of the LGBTQIA+ and queer communities, BIPOC authors, authors with disabilities, and authors of all gender and sexual identities. NoVa TEEN Book Festival is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming and positive environment for all its authors and participants. While at the festival, all participating NoVa TEEN Authors are required to abide by the Festival Code of Conduct and Festival Policies such as the Anti-Harassment Policy. Read more about our Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policies and Procedures here.

Authors who are invited to participate in NoVa TEEN Book Festival will be expected to participate in a full day of programming on the Saturday of the festival in Falls Church, VA. Some authors may be invited to participate in school or local community visits on the Friday prior to Saturday’s festival.
