The 6th annual NoVa TEEN Book Festival was held at March 10, 2018 at Washington-Lee High School and kicked off early in the morning with several fantastic writing workshops. Panel discussions were held throughout the day and covered topics like magic in Young Adult fiction, contemporary YA romance, protagonists who make questionable moral choices, family bonds, and royalty. Attendees had an opportunity to attend small group breakout sessions with their favorite authors that were held in both morning and afternoon sessions. Anna-Marie McLemore was the keynote speaker.
